A: We generally ship within 2 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of processing the order, but occasionally delays will occur when items are on back order. If an item is on back order it can take up to 7 days to be back in stock.

Deliveries are sent by certified air mail. Please note that this shipment method can take about 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery time can depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, and international transit, so please order your medicines well in advance. $8.95 to the US, $11.95 to other countries.

    Q: What guarantee do you offer that I will receive my order?

    A: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the ship date, we will offer to re-ship or apply a credit for the full amount to your credit card, whichever you choose.
